Lead HVAC Technician
Empire Heating & Air Conditioning of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Technician to go into our clients’ homes or light commercial buildings and perform service and maintenance on HVAC systems as well as provide leadership for the other technicians on the team. Our Lead HVAC Technicians earn a top of scale hourly pay based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn spiffs and incentive pay. We offer the BEST earning opportunity in the region! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN
- Relevant current service experience
- EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing and installing HVAC systems
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Leadership ability
Nate or NCI certification is a plus! Experience with steam or hydronic boilers also a plus.
